Kronike is a legitimate life-story and memory-preservation platform developed by TruaXiom. This page explains who operates the service, how the product handles data, and how to reach a real person about privacy or security.
Privacy
What Kronike handles
Kronike may process account details, memories, transcripts, recordings, photographs, story drafts, settings, and support messages that you choose to provide. These materials are used to deliver capture, organization, narration, analysis, backup, synchronization, and membership features.
Your choices
You control what you capture and can use the product locally while signed out. Authentication is required for account-scoped cloud features. You may export supported story data, remove local records, sign out, or contact us for account and privacy assistance.
Service providers
Kronike relies on infrastructure and service providers to host the application, provide authenticated cloud functionality and AI-assisted features, and process payments. Payment-card entry is handled by Stripe Checkout when billing is enabled.
Do not upload material you do not have the right to use. For highly sensitive information, share only what is necessary for your storytelling purpose.
Security
How the platform is protected
- Encrypted HTTPS transport for the public application.
- Account-scoped cloud access through authenticated user identity.
- Local-first persistence and recovery workflows designed to reduce accidental recording loss.
- Backend-managed credentials; secret values are not shipped in public frontend source.
- External payment processing so Kronike does not collect full card numbers.
Security researchers may report a suspected vulnerability to innovate@truaxiom.tech. Please include the affected URL, reproduction steps, impact, and a safe way to contact you. Do not access another person's memories or disrupt the service while testing.
Terms
Use Kronike responsibly
You may use Kronike to preserve and develop stories you own or are authorized to handle. You may not use the service to impersonate others, distribute malware, conduct phishing, violate privacy, infringe intellectual property, abuse accounts, or break applicable law.
AI-assisted interpretations and generated writing may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important names, dates, claims, and narrative conclusions before publishing or relying on them. Kronike is a creative and archival tool, not medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
Features, limits, and paid-plan terms may change as the product develops. If a material change affects the handling of personal story data, this page will be updated.
